Made in Milan, made by us: the Tailoring of carbon and teak.

We made a radical choice: keeping everything in-house. In our Milan boatyard, we do not simply assemble parts built by others; we create boats starting from the raw material.

For us, having the entire construction process under our roof is not just a matter of pride. It is the way to maintain control over quality, dictate production times, and accelerate Research and Development. Above all, it is the necessary condition to offer a true bespoke approach.

Having total control of the yard allows us to accommodate the most specific requests and offer direct assistance and refit services, looking the client in the eye.

The composite cycle

We apply the most advanced processes currently used for high-end products, covering the vessel’s entire production cycle. We start from prototyping and mold making, to reach the core of our boats: lamination.

We use pre-preg carbon and vacuum infusion techniques that allow us the aesthetic and structural choice of leaving the weaves exposed. The result? A clean external surface, combined with lightness and structural rigidity.

To set these performances over time, our structures go through dedicated thermal cycles for post-curing. Finally, we protect our components exclusively with the best anti-UV epoxy clear coats to optimize durability.

The warmth of wood

But a Crus Yacht is not just cold technology. High engineering meets the noblest nautical tradition when we move to woodworking.

We do not buy pre-made panels. We build every single deck and all teak details internally. We personally select the timber, work it, and assemble it using vacuum epoxy bonding for optimal cohesion.

It is in this contrast —between black carbon and hand-crafted golden teak— that one of the founding traits of Crus Yacht lies.

We merge technical avant-garde with an artisan soul, to deliver an object capable of stirring emotions.
